Welcome!

Welcome to The Cooperage Blog!
Because we have so many friends who are blogging we decided this would be a good way to keep you informed and up to date on what is going on with us, the shop and shows. We hope this will be a useful and fun way to communicate with everyone! More to come soon!

Hi Molly,
I know your mom from doing shows. You are so right about blogging being a great way to "show and tell"
I co-blog,

Teddy's photos will be up soon, as well as Sonny and Max (Max is not a dog, although he likes to pretend to be!)

So glad you're online - checked on a whim - just love your little shop - I visit periodically especially when I need a peaceful little get away - there is amazing karma in your shop - a certain grace and peace - I always end up buying a book or two and some of your wonderful one of a kind cards. What's up with the wool shows - have never been to one.

Hi Marcia,
Thanks for checking for us on-line! The Sheep and Wool shows are a real blast... There are usually sheep to shawl contests (a team actually has sheep they shear, wash the wool, dye it, spin it, and weave it into a shawl all in a day!) sheep dog demonstrations, great food, and lots of great fibers to inspire you! The next Sheep show we are going to is the New York State Sheep and Wool Festival in Rhinebeck NY. More info can be found here: http://www.sheepandwool.com/
It's October 20-21st this year.

I've just come from Brimfield and bought a succulent planting. We refer to your booth at Brimfield as the lavendar lady. I love the lamp I bought from you a few years ago and always have to go check you out on opening day. Hope to visit your shop sometime.
